Pros

There are some talented attorneys that work here so you can gain litigation experience. You will learn to manage cases and see a variety of different types of cases. Because of its size, you will litigate against very professional and talented plaintiffs attorneys that you can also learn from.

Cons

Low pay and not a lot of opportunities to develop your own business or advance upward.

Pros: nice offices, collegial atmosphere, good experience for entry level attorneys to learn about basic litigation skills.

Cons

Cons: excessive billable hour requirements for low pay; overly burdensome reporting guidelines make it difficult to actually have time to do substantive legal work; lack of autonomy for associates; lack of diverse case load; limited access to support staff, particularly late at night; poor computer system; lack of focus on big picture and efficient case resolution; lack of transparency
