Very flexible hours, plenty of OT opportunities

Cons

There's no culture, nobody talks to one another, you can hear a pin drop in the office most of time, management is so unorganized it makes your routine chaotic, starting salaries are close to the poverty line in the county, and absolutely no growth opportunities. You pretty much show up, do your work, and go home every single day. Very high volume workload for a job in which the attorneys can care less for. It's a thankless job.
