Tons of support staff, some great lawyers, lots of resources.

Cons

If you work for a bad partner, your life will be miserable. Most associates last less than 2 years unless they want to commit their lives to WEMED.

The people are great and easy to get along with. They give you more experience as you stay with the company. The schedule is flexible.

Cons

The office management is not good. There are no benefits in the office to staff. The office manager is not great.

High turnover of associates. Comparably low salary in light of the heavy work load. Long hours and Saturdays expected. Politics. Heavy focus on billable hours requirements.
