Pros

I have learned so much at this company and would recommend this opportunity to any of my friends. Their company culture is great! I felt welcomed from day one and received a mentor to help guide me throughout this internship. Being challenged everyday to meet new goals has been beneficial to my growth and success at WilsonHCG. Supervisors are always pushing us to be successful and are continually looking for new ways to make this internship a success!

Cons

Was hard to adjust to the 8 hour work day at first but the training period being at a slower pace helped with the transition.

The biggest pro about WilsonHCG is the company culture. WilsonHCG lives and breathes their "Better People, Better Business" philosophy - starting with their employees. I have worked for several company's in the past, and none come close to the collaborative and innovative culture WilsonHCG possesses.
