Management treats employees wonderful and holds an open door policy with suggestions or ideas to improve the company. Great team atmosphere and great co-workers! Everyone is so friendly and willing to help anyone out. Wilson is a growing, innovative company. John Wilson, CEO, sets a great example of how a leader of a company should be. He has an open door always and bends over backwards for any of his clients or employees. WilsonHCG is a great company to work for and anyone would be lucky to work for such a great organization!

Great for people who are young and fresh out of college.

Cons

WilsonnHCG is not a company you can make a career out of. Simply said, the compensation is low and I agree with Recruiters Beware. You are kept in the dark most of the time and Managers do not develop you to move on to the next step in your career. Soon they will start hiring people who are young and fresh out of college because they don’t know any better. Working for WilsonHCG actually put me a step behind and that’s why I left the company.
