The company really works to promote a team-oriented enviornment even though staff is virtual; wonderful clients; growing company with impressive client base, CEO is very involved in day-to-day operations, top-notch technology, social media and marketing

Cons

Being a virtual work enviornment, it can be somewhat difficult to "shut work off"
