Virtual Environment, Flexibility, Motivating/Empowering Leadership. The organization is truly about granting people the opportunity to have a successful career path and sets expectations that are attainable.

Cons

Corporate communication is always a challenge when the workforce is primarily remote. However voices are being heard and there are improvements being made daily to keep all associates informed.

The team atmosphere and support to meet and exceed your goals. Being able to work remotely. The ability to flex my schedule to meet my personal needs. The ability to be promoted with hard work. The ability to receive bonuses for more than just the # of hires. Every employee's opinion matters!

Cons

For some individuals working remotely would be difficult. You have to be focused and able to work through any distractions in the home environment.
