Pros

Energy, fast-paced, honest, growth Virtual environment but felt like a team. Great effort on social media and staying ahead of the game with IT.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations at times, more communication from upper mgt. Had a hard time turning work off but that could have just been me.

Pros

The work environment is extremely motivating- the harder you work, the more you earned in bonuses. Wilson promotes great flexibility in a work from home environment. WilsonHCG also gives great opportunities for growth in working direct with RPO clients. They are driven to build strong partnerships with their clients that affects their bottom line, which is extremely rewarding as an employee in Talent Acquisition.

Cons

The only con in working at Wilson was never having the opportunity to meet management face-to-face.

Pros

WilsonHCG was a great place to work. Although sometimes expectations are somewhat high, they give you any means you need to get the job done. The culture is fun and motivating, Wilson is very into social media and contest. You have weekly calls with your manager and team to go over new ideas and ways to find candidates. All the employees are more than willing to help each other, there's no stealing candidates from each other like with other agencies.

Cons

The only thing that personally did not work for me working at WilsonHCG was working from home, I had recently moved to a new city and did not know many people so wanted to work out of the house.
