Great training program, fair salary and benefits, flexible working hours, fantastic working environment and great atmosphere

Cons

unremarkable office space but the company is moving to a much nice office beginning of next year

It’s wonderful to hear the program is doing exactly that. If you have specific feedback on the program I would encourage you to share it with People and Culture or Learning and Development. Working in WilsonHCG's Toronto office, I can relate to your feelings of having an unremarkable office space. Just under a year ago we were in the same situation needing to be patient for our newer, bigger and better office space to be ready. I can assure you it is worth the wait! Our office not only more closely resembled our other offices globally but is branded for WilsonHCG. We all felt welcome and at home, I know you will feel the same way after moving early next year! WilsonHCG seem to genuinely care about their employees. The benefits are significantly better than other organisations I have worked for and the initial training I have been provided with has been outstanding! The work-life balance is also more than satisfactory.

Cons

Although I am a relativity new employee, I have not one bad word to say about WilsonHCG.
