Numerous degrading encounters as a female here. This is very much a male dominated work place that does not have much respect for women. I will note - some business units are much better than others and depending on which BU you are in, you may have a completely different experience. There is also very little upward mobility in all BU’s. Very rarely will anyone be promoted, and very often there are major cuts and layoffs. Everyone in this org is walking on eggshells because they are all so afraid to be fired. It is a very intense environment. Also, expect to work way above 40 hours in certain BUs.
