Pros

Discounted clothes and rackets Store smells nice Free tennis lessons once a month

Cons

Everyone is extremely unprofessional, including management. I would say they're worse. High expectations for low pay and hours, which get cut based on if the manager likes you or not. Work/life balance non-existent.

Pros

Great team of like minded people. Generally encouraged to change and innovate. Decent work life balance, and fascinating to work in sports if you like sports.

Cons

No opportunities to grow. Very vague and lack of transparency on professional development opportunities and processes. About 30% under market value for level of responsibilities and effort provided.
