Good perks, messy leadership, low wages

Pros

Discounts on equipment and apparel are nice. Also depending on your position, department, and favoritism you might be able to attend a large sporting event or meet a pro athlete.

Cons

The company is antiquated, pays low wages, and has a hard time growing or planning for the future. The executive leadership team of 10+ people is all white men who have been there for over 20 years. The teams are small, so there’s an expectation to do a lot more than you’re being paid for. Raises and promotions are tied to annual reviews, so individual career growth is difficult.

Pros

Co-workers are all great people management leaves alot to be desired.

Cons

no training or any sort of plan whatsoever for transitioning to a new role, I brought up that I was struggling with the lack of structure to learn a ew position and that this fact was wearing on my mental health, feeling like I was failing because I was not given the tools to succeed. Once I explained this to our HR rep, I was told they would see if there was a different position I could move to ad instead I was let go the next week

Pros

Working with sports industry partners

Cons

"Fall in line", "Be political" and "Be a good soldier" are terms you will hear weekly, if not daily with the current leadership. They do not want outside-the-box thinkers, they want you to think like them and it shows in who works there.
