Exposed to vast amounts of work. Large brand with huge potential.

Cons

Out of sync with consumers needs, retired pro athletes hired as experts without skills/education to perform their job, lack of plan or goals, people set up to fail. One of the worst companies I've ever worked

There are some great people who work there and want to take it to the next level.

Cons

The lack of leadership in upper management is very apparent. There is no unified direction for the entire company. Each BU is allowed to run on their own and if you have a strong GM you are in luck and if you don't it's tough. The organization is very linear it's tough to move up because there are no positions. Morale throughout the building is very low.
