      Great people to work with and great company culture. Always doing things to help us improve as well as keep us happy.

      Management can use some work. They keep cutting positions or allowing great people to leave.

      Pros

      Great environment to work. Knowledgable co-workers at their position. Proud of the product coming out of the company. The move to downtown Chicago will be good for the company. Surrounding itself with the energy and creativity located around the new office is priceless. Everyone that is opposed isn't thinking of the company as much as themselves and their commute.

      Cons

      Upper management is concerning. Not enough marketing initiative to get the Wilson name further out there. Working with the community would greatly help.
