Pros

Let's see pros.......? How about a nice case of carpel tunnel syndrome. Let's move onto cons.

Cons

The management here will treat you like your not human, all of the manufacturing is done by hand and that is exactly how they treat you...like human machines, carpel tunnel and other employee injuries are rampant and as soon as you have an injury HR will not approve any workers comp and will try to fire you. Harassment of younger employees by senior employees is encouraged by management, this place is like working with a bunch of middle schoolers and the management and HR are the worst with the drama. There is no opportunity for growth here, they will use you to make their footballs until your body breaks down and get rid of you, or until a senior employee decides they don't like you and works with HR to conjure up a plot to fire you.
