-Relaxed/Fun Work Environment -Young or "young at heart" employees -Work environment very conducive to collaboration/innovation -Large amount of time testing sporting goods products -See product development from concept generation through production under one roof -Very flexible scheduling

-Lack of innovation opportunity due to marketing bottleneck -Upper management seemed slightly unorganized -New employee training programs relatively non-existent
