Pros

Employee discounts are incredible both for Wilson and sister outdoor companies (Arc'teryx, Salomon). Flexible and fun environment working in the sports industry.

Cons

No growth potential from a career perspective. It's not a growing industry, and although the company is working hard to make the Wilson brand cool again, it's just not there. Still an old school vibe, which gave the impression you had to earn increased responsibility through tenure rather than merit.

Pros

It's cool to work in sports

Cons

There is no longer personal connection nor culture. We are all just numbers and are easy to replace. Leadership looks to it's low-level, underdeveloped employees for answers, and provides no real direction.
