Metro manager was a very good manager. He was able to teach me a lot about management and the industry. Good pay Mostly good benefits

Cons

Former operations manager was still heavily involved in the operations, making me feel as tho I was an overpaid assistant manager. HR forced me to fire w driver that I did not believe deserved it. Heath insurance wasn’t very good

*Good life-work balance *Good insurance and good 401K match *Provides HSA *Overall good and supportive coworkers

Cons

*Salary is stuck and won't go further even if the company is doing well *If your hourly, it will be annoying af. The wage is low and not many times overtime is offered *High rotation of employees causes a lot of quality issues that will require time to fix *There's no bonuses, profit sharing, thanksgiving or christmas "checks", unless you are a manager, vicepresident or above.
