Micromanagement, other department managers acting like they're your managers. No accountability whatsoever, you’re often dealing with customer issues on your own created by lack of care and accountability from different departments within the company. Managers are picked based on how they know the person who’s interviewing, even if it means they are the most under qualified candidate. Senior managers and VPs love to run departments and good employees into the ground. Lots of senior employees who should've retired 5+ years ago ruining the business, ageism is real here and they will not promote you or even interview you if you are under 40 unless they know your daddy or they need manual labor. Terrible benefits for working parents, health insurance isn't anything special, and leave policies are a joke. HR is NOT on your side, will screw you over in ways you didn't know were possible being employed at such a large, international company. No one here knows what they're doing.
