Zero communication with bosses or atleast 50% with other employees. its a revolving door. workers are not trained longer than a few hours after that winco foods go by the swim or sink style work ethic. you eather make it or quiet. there is no accountability whats so ever there. workers are constantly told to do more than what they applied for. constant call outs because of higher ups. they dont fix schedules at all people can quite and be on the scheadule another week and they wont find covarage till that day, which means they tell another employee that works that day to also do the persons job that no longer works there. its a stepping stone.

Mandatory overtime daily. Management is MIA and doesn't care, low morale, company as a whole does not listen to it employees and turns a blind eye. Management are all part of the same old "boys club" the cover each other's backs and they all leave after their 8 hour day while laughing that everyone else has to stay. Ridiculous point system for attendance. Overall if you don't want a life, go home beat up and be overall miserable this is the place for you. Over 60% new employees with very high turn over. Says it all. Most don't last a week. Oh a very unrealistic time standards on everything.
