      Pros

      Great pay, good benefits, some of the most hard working people I have came across.

      Cons

      Heartbreaking to see someone go above and beyond the scope of duty to save another and then to watch as they are humiliated, demoted, then discarded as if they didn't matter. Seen video of police in similar situations that didn't do half of what that man did.

      Pros

      Insurance after 3 months of 25 hours a week. For the most part the customers are great.

      Cons

      Store 29 Management is toxic. 2 out of 3 managers/assistant managers are sour and not overly pleasant to work with. There is a good old boys mentality in the store. The pay is not nearly enough for the stress of dealing with sour management. The current SPC when a lead was always accusatory and part of the problem. The selling of large quantities of alcohol to college students for their parties. Not flexible with their "point system". Too easy to receive a point if having to call out sick or for family emergencies, etc.

      Pros

      Guaranteed hours, multiple raises based on hours worked, early outs depending on the load size.

      Cons

      graveyard shift is not easy to do, have to work up to 10 days in a row, when multiple people quit it takes a while to replace them.
