Pros

Heath care if your department works you enough but we were kept under by a couple hours

Cons

13 on the job related injuries in my produce for the year I was there that required light duty where they sat and greeted people. Management is super fake and will lie to the insurance when you’re injured.

Pros

The insurance plan is relatively inexpensive and offers extensive coverage, if you can maintain the 100-hour requirement each month to keep it.

Cons

Pay is very low, much lower than similar positions at other companies. "Part time" status is misleading, refers to pay grade rather than the amount of hours management can schedule you for. Bakery department is regularly understaffed so a heavier workload is placed on each individual employee. Employee turnaround is frequent, further compounding the issue. Throughout the pandemic, masks have been enforced for employees but not customers (beyond signage and announcements which are summarily ignored). Overall management shows little care for the physical and mental health of employees.
