its steady work very rare that you will not get a full 40 hours per week if you want it. medical is still better than most places at a low price

Cons

hard work very very poor leadership and i mean none from head office. new contract is the worst you could make it wages for first few years are a sad joke , wage raises are pathetic I E this year they gave us 10 cents per hour thats about 0.5% unacceptable in anyway. and we are not allowed a union which its obvious we really need now

The night crew was incredibly kind, and built a good sense of camaraderie.

Cons

The work is physically taxing, and if you plan on doing anything during the day other than sleep, it will also become emotionally taxing.
