      The insurance benefits and the friends I made.

      Extremely strict attendance "points system" where even having a Doctor's note wont exclude absences!!!! Stressful, demanding, unpredictable hours, hard to advance if you're not "buddies" with management, pay scale tops out(MANY long time employees have been at the same pay for over 10+ yrs!!) If you get hurt and need a longer recovery time/treament they will find a way to push you out!!

      None, none, none, none, nada.

      Cons

      Have to work sox years until fully veated in profit sharing. So if you don't work six full years you dont get the full portion of money you put in. They tout it as amazing and be a millionare by retirement but I would much rather be paid a livable wage now Deli is currently at 10.25 in 2018...if you are anything but a college student or looking for a weekend job its not a good choice. Must work 23hrs/week or more for benefits of any kind. They keep everyone at part time per policy.
