Pros

Great benefits for full-time and part-time workers

Cons

Where do I start? It can be difficult to get full-time hours. The starting pay is low and it takes a long time to earn a living wage. It will also be a long time before you earn any vacation or sick time. They don’t care if your sick or not, if you miss to many days in the year, you will be fired. If you are part time, they will often ask to randomly stay later but refuse to give you more regular hours.

Pros

health plan is good.People you work with are good.

Cons

They lie to you about the esop plan, if you do not work for the company till you are 65 you can not do anything with your stocks for five years after you leave the company and with the discrimination happening in the company and the fact that the company cares more for there management then the employees that work for them on like there slogan an employee own company it is more like a manager owned company and employees or last on the list of cares. WinCo has just become another fry's and Walmart store if you work hard and are good at what you do you will stay right where you are and go no where, but if you are a woman or any skin color other then white and are lazy, worthless, and cry baby you will move up just fine in WinCo. The pay sucks for any position but when you first start and then if you can get promoted past a Lead Clerk.

Pros

-Great benefits- but make sure you get your papers in on time! Miss the deadline, and you could be locked out from their benefits for up to a year before you can apply to get them! -Great coworkers -Friendly atmosphere -Professional environment -Bosses tend to be patient and willing to work with you

Cons

-Employees are often overworked- a lot of times, there is simply not enough time to get everything done that is asked from you and you can get in trouble for it. I've heard this across the board, not just in my department. -Customers can get away with anything (Including touching employees' lower backs, sampling food despite the signs posted everywhere) and you can get in trouble for doing and not doing anything about it (Asking customers to not touch your back, telling people not to sample too firmly and "hurting their feelings") -Customers are super messy -Often get signed up for things that you don't want to do -There's no guarantee to hours. It can make budgeting very difficult. Your hours can get cut at any time and you can't do anything about it.
