      Pros

      Medical , Dental, vision benefits ESOP if you stick around long enough

      Cons

      No work life balance , Winco owns you , management has no education so it's very close to being in high school again

      Pros

      Benefits are great. ESOP is great for now. Always busy. And great advancement opportunities if your willing to give your life to the company

      Cons

      Stagnant wages, topped out pay has only gone up $1/ hour in the 12 years I worked there.starting wage is too low. Its really hard to keep quality employees anymore. No more Bonuses. Its turning more in to a typical retailer than a company who is proud of it's employee owners. Hopefully when Steve Goddard leaves, he takes his cooperate greed mentality with him and his replacement doesn't continue the trend

      Good medical benefits. Ok Starting pay.

      Cons

      Lack of training No on the floor training after the few videos they make you watch HR is non existent Managers and Lead Clerks have no communications Schedules are all over the place. No consistency with hours to work.
