Pros
One of the much better retail jobs you can find. Very quick to hire with minimal application loopholes to jump through. With previous retail experience they pay better than most places.
Cons
If the store in your location is understaffed expect the job to become much more of a burden than an asset. During these periods employment is a revolving door and it's hard to keep new employees that can learn fast enough to meet demands. Also, don't stay for too long because retail experience looks pretty bad on your resume if you intend to find other work.
