      It was a really great place to work I loved being there I loved working with all my coworkers every day was an excellent experience

      Cons

      When new managers come in they are always looking for something and while they will forgive their favorites if you make one mistake and you have no markings on your record they will let you go but not their favorites

      Great for building savings and retirement Excellent on tax refunds Good for those interested in leadership Good benefits Excellent work ethics and support system Good level headed mentors,supervisors and coworkers

      Cons

      Work hours can occasionally be unstable but if you establish trust, and can show you're an asset then this is a good start for a career that can help with retirement. Some of the positions can be physically demanding but for the most part they are fair and can accommodate you. Nothing much in the way of negative stuff. At least not from my own personal experience. GIVE WINCO A TRY. YOU MIGHT BE PLEASANTLY SURPRISED.👍
