Winco is a good place to work and shop at considering that this company accepts anyone no matter what religion or ethnicity you are. Everyone is welcome and my coworkers opened their arms out to me like were a family on my first day of work(We still are!). My superiors cares about everyone(both customers and employees) and they will give you a hand if you need any help. The pay is great and the benefits are a definite keeper. What other company can be any greater than Winco? I would highly recommend this store for both first-time applicants and applicants who wish to be a part of our family.Also, tmes are flexible depending on what type of job position you want to apply for.

Very Political Blatant discrimination and retaliation Inconsistent expectations No work life balance Salary looks good but when you do the math and factor unrealistic demands it’s not worth what you are paid Expected to work about 60 hours a week, with only 1 day off every other week
