      Pros

      The pay is well the insurance is okay. The regiment is good.

      Cons

      Schedule changes weekly daily monthly. Not welcoming people coming in from outside of WinCo.

      Pros

      The people who worked there were great. No problems with management - generally responsive and respectful. They worked with me when I had periods that I was not available to work. NOT having to bag groceries for customers made it better than other cashiering positions. WinCo is a decent company with much better ethics than some competitors like Walmart.

      Cons

      The cons are the same as they are for any cashiering job -- rude customers, long hours on your feet, etc. Quit the job because of the pandemic - it was not worth risking my health. I was fortunate to be able to financially do this and fully realize all don't have this privilege. And this was no fault of the company -- just not the safest industry during a pandemic.

      Pros

      As many hours as you want in understaffed Stores. The customers are generally nicer at night. There is a sense of camaraderie

      Cons

      Pay is among the lowest in the area. Some days you are overworked due to people calling in. Days are somewhat monotonous as most days are the same.
