Pros

Great benefits for full-time and part-time workers

Cons

Where do I start? It can be difficult to get full-time hours. The starting pay is low and it takes a long time to earn a living wage. It will also be a long time before you earn any vacation or sick time. They don’t care if your sick or not, if you miss to many days in the year, you will be fired. If you are part time, they will often ask to randomly stay later but refuse to give you more regular hours.

Pros

Health Insurance, ESOP, regular small wage increases based on hours worked (better than no wage increases).

Cons

Strictly followed wage step system doesn't incentivize employees to do anything more than show up, punch the clock, and do the minimum amount of work needed to not get fired. Pay is based on time, not talent.
