Pros

The insurance benefits are pretty good.

Cons

They treat their employees badly, leave employees with hardly any training before they are watching a department alone, they fire good employees and keep bad employees.

Pros

you'll always be offered more hours, since your department will be chronically understaffed.

Cons

incompetent management and a refusal to pay workers more have created an environment of perpetual catch-up and severe rates of turnover. middle management is hamstrung by corporate and can't get anything important done, seemingly in the name of altruism to combat low sales numbers. this fuels a vicious cycle of corporate greed, empty positions, and continued departure of skilled workers. $13 per hour is not competitive in Benton County, regardless of the benefits offered (which honestly aren't that good anyway)
