      Pros

      There were some great people there. Most of them left. Company pays terribly and expects you to work yourself to the bone. Soul sucking place to work. If you have any other options, go there instead.

      Cons

      The day I left was the happiest of my life.

      Pros

      There’s incredible health insurance with crazy low deductibles. The ESOP program is really great too. These are the best parts of the job hands down.

      Cons

      The pay is not worth the work, the company will work you for all you’ve got and ask for more and more when you show that you care. The compensation is not good so there are a lot of not good employees and the good ones have to pick up the slack, the turnover rate is very high because of this. Injuries are also commonplace for this reason. You can be down 5 people and they’ll still expect you to do the work like you had them.

      Cons

      pay rate increases on a schedule, but caps and you stop getting raises, policy says you cant work when noticbly sick, have a fever 3 times in a year and youre fired!
