Everything else. The training is trash. They hire you on as full time, but then they never give you full time hours. They bounce your schedule around and have no concept of work life balance. The management relies on staff members to teach and none of them want to train anyone. Not that it’s a complicated job but there are things that you need to know that no one will tell you. There’s no way to move up, unless someone dies or quits.

If you're a cart clerk, you will be working like a dog. Management does not care about you and will not take what you say into consideration. If they are short-staffed they WILL get mad at YOU for not doing the work of THREE people by YOURSELF. You'll be working outside in the hot sun, and in the pouring rain so get ready to change clothes like crazy. Also, since you're outside if people are smoking some...not so savory stuff... you'll be smelling it too. Expect to do nonstop walking for HOURS- if you stop for ANY amount of time because god forbid your feet are about to burst, they'll threaten to fire you. My employer decreased my hours little by little until I had 3 a WEEK compared to my previous 16. Don't waste your time doing a very hard job for a wage you could make doing something else easier, and look elsewhere.
