Pros

Only for developers, it may be a good transitioning work place for those who is willing to extend their knowledge. Some developers there are quite experienced and talented. But be prepared for dictatorship from CEO and poor standards.

Cons

1) All Departments: There Is NO Value In You. In 2016 in average 5-10% of value-bringing talented hard-workers from all departments were resigned due to what they called "corporate restructuring". And they will keep doing this. The truth is that they are short-cutting: letting 2 people go and hiring 1 new to replace both roles. So be prepared for work overloads no matter what department you are applying for. Also they are gradually moving more and more positions to India, short-cutting costs. Judge yourself about quality of service. 2) All Departments: Poor Corporate Culture. The fake smiles and dictatorship start from CEO and transitions to majority of top managers. And those who tried to "break" the ice and bring some light, freedom and fun to the company were let go. That's one of the reasons why most people are scared, not motivated and even depressed. 3) Development & QA Department. This is where dictatorship thrives. There has been constant complains about poor code quality and standards. And even though there are some bright and smart developers back there, development process and management will not let them shine. As a result the end product is outdated and looks like it is still 1998. 4) Support Department. As a result of what's happening in Development, Support team is being constantly bombarded with requests from unsatisfied customers. And off course the relatively small team is not able to keep up with requests flow and forced to switch to quantity instead of quality. Guess where the train is going. 5) Sales & Marketing Departments. Huge turnover. High demands with no budget to support initiatives. Looking from outside Marketing team used to be (until mid 2016) the most motivated and delivered the best, but then top management fired bright and energetic marketing VP and "dark times" began. In 2016 Marketing department shrunk and became same dull as all other departments. Sales people is under constant pressure by COO. Rarely seen them happy, also maybe because of what is happening in Development and Support as they depend on the product.

Pros

Not sure I can think of any right now.

Cons

Wow. Watch your back at this company. Very cliquey. One minute you're in, the next you're out the door.
