Pros

I have been with WinWire from the early days when it started. I have stayed with them over a decade. Best in the IT industry. Flexible timings, you will have full ownership on the tasks. I have worked with some of the best managers in my time and never had any issues with my managers. Pay is really best in the industry. WinWire is always on top of the game in the latest cutting edge Microsoft technologies. you will definitely get a chance to work on the latest technologies and stay current.

Cons

Since it is a growing company, some small issues are expected and will be manageable.

Pros

The employees are all technically good and work long and hard hours. They do not complain much and put in their best.

Cons

Very bad facilities particularly in Hyderabad. The leadership team is the worst. They drive the employees hard and speak very rudely. They outright lie to the customers. They expect every one to be billable on multiple projects and that too full time. They do not pay on time as well.

Pros

The employees are pretty good technically and also very helpful. They are very trusting and normally go the extra mile to deliver something.

Cons

Dishonest management. The two guys on the top are very unethical - they never pay any variable pay and they make excuses. They never share any data on performance and run the company through their whims and fancies. They also exploit the employees and overcharge the customers by billing the same resource in multiple projects across multiple clients.
