      A great career path

      Pros

      I have worked for several management companies, big and small. Windsor is the best overall that I’ve encountered. Windsor owns and manages its properties, which is a huge pro. Working third party is a headache where you must deal with different owners with often unsavory personalities, and spend a ton of time updating ancient reports. Windsor is technology forward-with excellent tools, resources, and training available to work smart. Those who are dedicated and have a good attitude will succeed and have opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      No company is perfect- but I’ve worked for enough to know the pros outweigh any cons. The company excels in change management and listening to associate feedback and applying where it makes sense.
