Pros

I’ve enjoy working at Windsor Communities. The people here are genuinely kind, supportive, and easy to work with. Leadership actually listens, and it feels like your voice matters. The pay is competitive, and the benefits are solid. Overall, it’s a company that values its employees and creates a positive work environment. I feel appreciated and encouraged to grow. Would absolutely recommend working here!

Pros

Pay to play. Top earners get quarterly bonuses. Purely based off volume of leases by end of quarter. Decent Benefits. 401k and HSA company match. Recommend for new grads looking to get feet wet in property management or start earning cash and build resume.

Cons

Strict Culture. Not receptive of feedback from front line employees. Inconsistent policies. Questionable tech adoption. 3% YOY salary increases, little room for negotiation. Lack of training or up-skilling. Lack of career advancement. High employee turnover.
