Pros

Employees receive two weeks of vacation plus three personal days per year, with an increase to three weeks after three years of service. The company also offers generous time off for childbirth.

Cons

Pay is very low. Management cut staff and expect better results in cleaning and maintenance. Very low pay increases 1% often. Unless you are part of the crew everyone else is just a number and quickly replaceable. Company is cutting back on all staff and will put pressure so you quit and get no unemployment.

pay is a little lower than average. new 2025 initiatives increase workload without much pay difference.

-A lot of upward mobility. -Generally down to earth executives -Excellent work like balance

Cons

-Low pay in the market -Worst insurance I’ve ever had, so much I that you might as well not pay for it -They generally prefer to hire outside than promote within -Employee rent discount needs to be region based
