Great Company, Terrible Manager and Regional in Texas

Great benefits and company that really listens to the employees.

Cons

No compassion from my person manager who showed extreme favoritism and violated a lot of work laws. If you don't suck up to your manager you will have leases stolen, get written up unfairly and left alone in the office while everyone else goes to a 2 hour lunch.

Pros

Tons of resources and amazing benefits (401K, health/mental health/vision/dental, fitness reimbursement, rent discount). Upper management is responsive and supportive. Company culture is inclusive and there is lots of growth opportunity. Fun, talented, hard-working peers!

Cons

Pay is heavily bonus based which can be difficult to meet depending on your site, budget, and goals. Staff tends to run lean which can lead to burnout. "Traditional" service industry so it is hard to have schedule flexibility or remote/hybrid options.

1. on-boarding and training is amazing. You feel like you are part of a team from day one. There is continued training throughout your time with Windsor. 2. You feel like part of a family, not just a number. 3. Upward growth and advancement is impressive. They always like to promote from within and all managers I have ever worked with have always encouraged me to keep growing and developing

There are honestly no cons that I can think of at the moment
