      Pros

      Great company culture and a lot of opportunity for career growth. There are plenty of resources to be able to perform your job duties and provide excellent customer service.

      Cons

      A lot of the technology and systems we use daily are outdated. Enhancements need to be added ASAP to improve efficiency. I'm also not a fan of the new bonus structure rolled out this year. It does not promote teamwork. There is a huge emphasis on individual performance that could be detrimental to the culture and morale. One of the goals of the bonus program is to get all associates on board with the financial success of the property and this new program seems to do the opposite.

      Pros

      Good pay, great bonus potential, health care is alright it could be better

      Cons

      Properties have a lot of turn over which is good for commissions but a lot of work. Promotions come too fast to underserving people which causes unnecessary friction.

      HORRIBLE Company in California

      Pros

      The only pros are the training offered and the team of managers I worked with.

      Cons

      Absolutely horrible regional management and completely beareaucratic mentality. They work you like crazy and unless you are part of the "it" crowd you get overlooked and even picked on. I was literally bullied and my job was threatened because of this. Don't give managers free housing yet they expect you to respond after hours or deal with residents that stop you when walking to your car in a Saturday with your family.
