Pros

Beautiful properties. Multinational possibilities for transfer.

Cons

Poorly run, disorganized, low bonuses. Management is inexperienced in lower roles and doesn’t know how much work their staff is inundated with.

Used to be awesome

Pros

Fun office if you have a good team. Working at higher end communities is nice.

Cons

Exhausting corporate structure. Reduced teams, made record profits, increased employee rent, called everybody heroes for navigating tough times, refused to give meaningful raises.
