Good benefits, great hr dept, great support from corporate, great pay and bonuses

Cons

Too much focus on cost cutting. High pressure environment. Not enough cleaning at sites, pressure to look perfect but slashing all services. An impossible combination. Got rid oc everything special about windsor.

Pros

- Discounted rent - Tuition Assistance - Experience with software - The property managers themselves were all nice.

Cons

- Poor communication. - Shady management practices (DMs do not like to have things put in writing, use intimidation, get angry when HR is involved). - Opportunity for growth hard to come by unless you’re friends with someone in senior management; offers made but not followed through with. - Little to no training. - Increased workloads without corresponding increase in pay (Ask about Windsor 2025 restructure). - Do not protect employees against dangerous residents; allow problem tenants to remain in community despite threats being made against staff, harassment, and even physical violence. - Phase out incentive programs; used to pay top leaser $100, then lowered that to $50, and then removed it entirely. - 40% of commission is taken out in taxes.
