I truly appreciate the Windsor Culture hard work gets recognized and there are multiple opportunities to grow through many different career paths. Often times hard work can be overlooked but Windsor goes out of its way to recognize top performers and provides multiple opportunities and training for associates who may be struggling.

Cons

It is fast paced learning environment and consistently evolving if you are not adaptable or like change you make not like working here

I've been with the company for 10 years, and I can confidently say it's been an incredible journey. What truly sets this place apart are its strong values and the amazing people—it genuinely feels like family here. From day one, I’ve felt supported, heard, and empowered to grow. There are plenty of opportunities for advancement, and the company provides excellent training materials online, making it easy to take ownership of your development. Leadership is open to new ideas, and they truly listen when we speak, which creates a culture of innovation and respect. Hard work doesn’t go unnoticed—recognition is part of the culture, and it motivates you to keep pushing forward. If you're looking for a place where you can grow professionally while being part of a caring and driven team, this is it.

Cons

Turnover can be high, which sometimes means rebuilding teams from scratch. While it's exciting to see people get promoted, I’ve had to rebuild my team multiple times, which can be tough on momentum. There’s also been a lot of systems and process changes in recent years which can be difficult at times.
