Windsor Communities reviews

I thought that it was just my property, but looking at these other reviews I now realize that it is the company. Their pay is low, commission is low, they prioritize prospects instead of their current residents. They will add another building for you to handle and continue to pay you the same. Managers are no help. They’ll overwork you then get upset that you made a mistake. They’ll promise to help you advance and move forward but then not allow you to apply to other positions. Good luck if you decide to apply.

Upper management has no clue what they’re doing, pay is low, very difficult to advance, catty work environment, terrible training structure
