Having been with the company for the past eight years, I can sincerely say I've thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Our leadership team is outstanding and promotes an open-door policy, which makes it much less intimidating to ask questions. *Work Life Balance I deeply appreciate Windsor's understanding of work-life balance. The company recognizes the importance of flexibility between our professional and personal lives, and I truly value that support.

Cons

While I can't think of many cons, it would be a valuable enhancement if Windsor were to offer paid maternity leave.

Fun environment, Company was great, good pay.

Cons

Having 2 people working a high theft/high traffic store, led to stress. Hard to give great customer service when low staff, lines at register were always long because there was only one person to ring and 1 to watch the entire floor
