Discount Culture within the store Great, fashion forward clothing

Cons

Pay Hours Overworked and was responsible to do everything in the store due to lack of payroll hours Unprofessional district manager who is newly promoted from store manager level. Lots of unprofessionalism and not structured very well. This job will drive you crazy and Stressed out all for little pay.

Amazing people to work with, tons of opportunities for growth and advancement within the company, the company is innovative always trying new things and willing to listen to ideas from field employees (in my experience most companies do not) super cute clothes and great discount
