      Fun company to work for

      Pros

      It's all about fashion and dressing up. You get to do a lot of visuals which makes work fun. The tasks are simple and meaningful . They teach you a lot of helpful techniques on how to sell and communicate with customers.

      Cons

      The pay is not great, most sales associates start at minimum wage. There are only a few sales associates working at a time. It gets very busy during homecoming and prom season.

      Employee Discout is great, Easy to move up if you work hard and do your job Great Merchandise is easy to sell

      Cons

      Training materials are outdated. Many of them talk about bonus incentives that no longer exist No Sales Bonus even though mentioned throughout training DMs are overstretched, so some stores did not get a lot of face time
