      great clothing good pay nice coworkers great discounts stores are spreading nationwide the VP is nice and understanding increase in retail experience when needed for other retail jobs

      depends on district your in, no growth, low secreacy low confidentiality no trust needs better establishment in management no bonuses for sales

      small company makes you feel like more than a number. Always looking to the future to make sure the company is competitive.

      The fact that it is a small company limits the benefits that they offer. Room for growth limited due to small company.

      Love the family like atmosphere. Incredible growth opportunities for all employees. Fun, upbeat, interactive environment. Competitive- pushes you to be your best. Comfortability with contacting upper level management. HR is always there for feedback. Employee Discounts/Contests Overall incredible company to work for! Enjoyed every minute of my employment!
