Pros

40% Discount if you can fit their clothes Great place to work if you love dressing up wearing make or being stylish They have locations all over the country so if you see a opening you could possibly move where ever Simple job duties in theory People quit often so you can move up if you do desent enough job

Cons

People quit often. Many sales associates are transitioning through so they don't take the job seriously People brazenly shoplift amd will threaten you If you aren't girly or into fashion or makeup then you wouldn't meet the dress code (i.e. 3 accessories are required heels and make up strongly encouraged) FULL TIME ISNT 40 HOURS. They call you full time at 30 hours. A good area manager/district manager can make or break the job for you. Too many "managers"-- store manager, co-manager, multiple assistant managers, and managers in training. All at one location/store

Great company, terrible "job"

Pros

Great company - leadership/corporate very involved and open to feedback from store teams. Many avenues for support when issues arrive. Also has a great bonus program and many employee appreciation events. Unlimited room for growth - the company loves to promote from within and much of the corporate team started as stylists/sales associates and were able to quickly move up.

Cons

No work/life balance. Store managers are salaried and the turnover rate is crazy high so the SM ends up working all of the time. Turnover rate is high because the job is so fast paced and the pay for the stylists (sales associates) does not match the expectations of that position so people leave to go easier, higher paying companies.
